Bust-monument of Emiliyan Stanev, „Knyaz Boris’ Garden“, included in the so-called „Alley of Notable Bulgarians“ (No. 33). Built after the decision of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the BKP No. 254/ 15.03.1979. Investor Sofia City People’s Council. It is located in a reserve of garden and park art (SG no. 96 of 1988) Opened on 04/07/1982. Emilian Stanev (pseudonym of Nikola Stoyanov Stanev) (1907-1979) – writer. It depicts the beauty of nature and spiritualizes the animal world. Collections: „Sami“ – 1940; „Wolf Nights“ – 1943, „Wild Bird“ – 1946; novel „The Peach Thief“ – 1948; novel „Ivan Kondarev“ – 1958-1964. Author of philosophical-historical novels „Legend of Sibin, Prince of Preslav“ – 1968, „Antichrist“ – 1970, etc. Encyclopedia AZ, BAS, S., 1974.
