The Urban Scans Project is a non-profit initiative which has a representative, informational, educational and scientific purpose – to store, present, promote and distribute information and digital data about works of fine art and architecture (monuments, sculptures, monuments, buildings) of Bulgaria. Our goal is to increase interest in public cultural assets while fostering teamwork, scientific and artistic research, student initiatives and studies.
Yes, the content is offered to the public completely free of charge.
It’s entirely up to you, as long as you use the content respectfully and in terms of academic, educational or personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission to the copyright owner of both digitally scanned model and original culture object. Website’s content uses Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0), which states:

All intellectual property rights on the resources published on the Website belong to the owner of the Website and copyright owner/owners of the scanned objects, and are subject to protection under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act. Their unregulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
